I am thrilled that you have decided to view our school’s website in order to learn more about the wonderful students, staff, and programming. Sherwood Forest has a reputation of excellence and, along with our sister school, Village de l'Est, we will continually strive to be the best open enrollment elementary school in New Orleans East. We are ecstatic to begin the new school year with new and innovative opportunities that will enhance our instructional program and entire school community. We are committed to providing high quality instruction to our students, incorporating technology in order to meet the needs of the 21st century learner.
